Lessen the impact of Noise and Vibration in the Environment
Environmental Health Officers are being kept busy by complaints over environmental noise complaints and problems arising from environmental vibration issues.
As soon as someone's activities start to interfere with someone else's enjoyment of their land, they run the risk of the local Environmental Protection Officer becoming involved. If these activities are causing a Statutory Nuisance the Council will require 'abatement of the nuisance' - in other words, stop causing a problem.
